How to make fasting easier
How-to notes for quieter hours: start near the overnight gap you already have, then water, rest, and a window that fits a real day — not vinegar, salt stacks, or extra hours. Not a hack list. Not medical advice.
The hours feel easier when the plan is closer to a day you already live. Easier is load: duration, water, food in the open hours, sleep, and where the window sits. It is not a personality, and it is not a starter kit.
Forums answer “make IF easier” with a vinegar shot, a salt stack, dirty coffee, or a longer fast so you “adapt faster.” Those are extra work. This cluster is the on-ramp and the levers. Everyday Fasting stays the FAQ (coffee, restaurants, alcohol). Fundamentals stays the practice spine.
