Very long fasts
A companion for people who have already chosen a stretch past 72 hours: signs that end it, why a clinician is the default, and a few known cases with their limits. Not encouragement. Not a protocol. Not medical advice.
Some people already mean many days: past 72 hours, a week, twenty, thirty. That is a different practice from a daily window and from a 36-hour stretch. This library will not pretend those stretches did not happen. It also will not pretend a phone timer is a ward.
This cluster is a companion, not a dare. Longer fasts stays the on-ramp for a stretch past a day. Open-ended and multi-day fasts is why this timer has no cap. Therapeutic fasting in the 19th–20th centuries is the clinic history. Fundamentals stays the spine. A timer cannot clear you.
